Conditions of acquisition of the work:

Upon payment completion, the artist will granted his rights over the work in the manner described below

The buyer agrees to:

1. Not to exhibit the work to any other individual or group of individuals. In the event that the acquisition was made by a private or public company, group or institution, it will assign the right to view it to a single person. This right is linked to the person. It is perpetual, inalienable and imprescriptible.
   In the event of death, this right may be assigned to another person by virtue of testamentary provisions or by natural succession if there is only one heir. Otherwise, it must be established by common agreement or judicially between the heirs who will be the beneficiary of the exclusive viewing right, and this right may not be divided in any case.
2. Do not reproduce the work in whole or in part, or transfer it to another known or unknown digital or analog system. A single backup copy is allowed, which will acquire the same distribution, copy or viewing restrictions as the work.
3. You will not be able to alter it or transfer it to another Internet domain except in the event that Nic Argentina revokes it. (*)
4. The payment of the right to host the site will be borne by the buyer, being able to transfer it as many times as it deems appropriate. In doing so you must use the backup copy and delete the work from the old server.

In case of non-compliance by the buyer, the artist will regain his reproduction rights, the buyer having to give a copy of the work to the artist and pay the artist again the value of 8,000 euros as compensation.

The artist is required to:

1. Destroy all source files used for the development of the art piece.
2. Do not modify the work and give the buyer, during the signing of the agreement, the FTP credentials in order to access the site where the work is hosted.
3. Do not reproduce it by known or unknown digital or analog media.
4. Assign the buyer the administration rights of the domain name in Nic Argentina.

In the event of non-compliance by the artist, he must refund the 8,000 euros to the buyer.

WARNING:
The title of the piece and its Internet address will be considered part of the work. Therefore, the same restrictions detailed above apply.
The access pages (the public pages prior to the "log in") WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED PART OF THE WORK, therefore the artist reserves the right to use and display them without the need for authorization from the buyer.

Conditions of resale of the work:

1. The subsequent sale of the work by the buyer detaches him from the right to view it. When making a resale, the old buyer will take on the commitments that are detailed in this agreement for "the artist" and the new buyer, the obligations contracted by "the buyer".
2. Likewise, the reseller will be prevented from divulging the name or Internet address of the piece. For this purpose, the reseller will sign a confidentiality agreement, which will be in perpetuity.

In case of non-compliance by the new buyer, the artist will regain his reproduction rights, the new buyer having to give a copy of the work to the artist and pay the artist again the value of 8,000 euros as compensation.
